Cancellation Policy

1. Voluntary Cancellation by User

If you wish to discontinue your library membership and cancel your seat allocation, you must notify the administration at least 5 days prior to the end of your current active month.

If you cancel your membership in the middle of an active billing cycle, your access will remain valid until the end of that cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for mid-month cancellations.

2. Termination by TI Library

TI Library reserves the right to immediately cancel or suspend your membership without any refund if you are found violating our terms of service. Grounds for immediate termination include, but are not limited to:

• Non-payment of subscription fees by the designated due date.
• Misbehavior, causing nuisance, or disturbing other studying members.
• Vandalism or intentional damage to library assets.
• Sharing your library ID or allowing non-members into the premises.
