1. Services Provided

TI Library provides a quiet reading space, seat allocation, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi facilities for students and professionals. Access is strictly granted based on the selected shift timings and successful fee payment.

2. User Obligations & Discipline

• Users must carry their valid ID proof and Library ID at all times.
• Strict silence must be maintained. Group discussions or loud phone calls inside the reading zones are strictly prohibited.
• Users are responsible for their personal belongings. TI Library management is not liable for any theft, loss, or damage to personal items.
• Any intentional damage to library property will result in immediate termination of membership and recovery of damages.

3. Payments and Pricing

All payments for monthly subscriptions must be made in advance. We use secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) for online transactions. Prices are subject to change, but existing active subscriptions will not be affected until their renewal date.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Purnea, Bihar.
